Supported by a degree in Architectural Engineering, a NCIDQ Certificate in Interior Design, and an Architectural Registration in New York State, Bob brings over 27 years of experience as a hands-on Officer-In-Charge on multiple projects involving all types of facilities programs.

Bob has been at the helm of projects that range from several thousand square feet to over 1.5 million square feet in size. During his career, he has worked with Prudential Insurance on the development, programming and documentation of more than one million square feet of space on a national level, as well developing a Strategic Master Plan for Prudential Investments Front-End and Systems Operations Group that focused on the reduction of occupancy costs while providing an improved working environment.

Bob led the team for the Associated Press World Headquarters totaling 292,000 square feet in New York City. His proactive, analytical management approach of projecting the ramifications of potential decisions in a clear and precise manner is of great value to clients. He is also integrally involved as the lead officer for JPMorgan Chase relocation to 4 New York Plaza in lower Manhattan as well several large scale re-stack projects for Warner Bros, Mayer Brown, as well as Accenture. His technical expertise is also invaluable when creating high-tech environments such as training rooms, computer/data centers, brokerage/trading floors, broadcast and telecommunications facilities.

Unique among his experience is the development of alternative office concepts for clients who wish to pursue this non-traditional space allocation and utilization for their employees. His hands-on involvement with key focus groups and interviews enables him to develop the most optimal solutions for each client.
